This luxurious apartment underwent complete remodeling, including a layout change to create new spaces for two teenage bedrooms with their own bathroom, a spacious living area, and a master bedroom. The clients, a working couple, wanted their home to feel like a sanctuary where they could relax and unwind after a busy day. They also desired a large living room for entertaining guests. Our approach involved hiding the kitchen doors with a folding concrete wall cladding that seamlessly connects the various areas of the apartment, creating a cohesive finish throughout the space.
